Not at all. We're a boutique-style, 4-star hotel with a very friendly, personal atmosphere. We have a small number of rooms, so our team gets to know our guests and can offer that warm, welcoming feeling you want when you're away from home. It's not a huge, anonymous place—it's more like a peaceful, comfortable retreat in the city.

2. Where exactly are you located?

We're located at str. Hincesti 142 B, in the southwestern part of Chișinău near the R3 main road. We're about a 5-minute walk from the Police Academy and 6 km (roughly a 10-minute drive) from the city center. A local supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.

3. I'm arriving by car. Is there parking, and is it safe?

Yes, we have free private on-site parking in a gated courtyard, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot on the street or about security. Accessible parking is also available. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so it's a good idea to let us know in advance if you're coming by car.

4. What's the breakfast like? Is it included?

Our guests usually start their day with our buffet breakfast, served each morning. You'll find a good range of tasty options to fuel your day. It's available at an additional cost, but you can check if it's included in your rate when you book. We also have a snack bar and a vending machine for drinks and snacks available at any hour.

5. What's in the rooms? Can I cook, or heat up leftovers?

We've made sure you have everything you need to feel comfortable. Every room includes air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, a flat-screen TV, a desk, a wardrobe, a kettle, a fridge, and a minibar. You'll also find bathrobes, slippers, and free toiletries in the bathroom. While there's no in-room kitchen, we have a shared kitchen on site if you want to prepare a quick meal.

We absolutely love animals, but unfortunately, we don't allow pets at our hotel.

7. Is the hotel quiet? I'm a light sleeper.

Yes, we can make your arrival smooth and stress-free. We offer a paid airport shuttle service that runs 24 hours a day. Just send us your flight details at least 24 hours before you arrive, and we'll have a driver waiting for you at Chișinău International Airport (KIV), which is about 15 km (roughly 20 minutes) away.
